We do custom sports apparel and curious if there is a way when using the contour feature on text whether or not there is a way to scale contour offset as we change the size of the text?

There is: Select the Contour Group (text and contour object) and group them together again. Then scale. Be careful though, because when you do this, the Contour value in the docker/property bar will no longer be correct.
And this is still a PITA, after all these years.
