My company need to create our own dictionary for our design needs. We don't use English so a custom dictionary is a necessity.
Making a User Word List seems not an option because we also would like to utilize Quickcorrect (replace text while typing). I've been exploring the possibility to create custom Main Word List and I think it's possible by using Writing Tools that are shipped with CorelDraw. But I never get that program to work. After went through some process in correcting some DLL errors, the program just crashing when I attempt to convert Text file to Dictionary format. I'm not even sure why Corel shipped this tool in the first place.
Has anyone attempted to make their own dictionaries at all?

WordPerfect Office, which uses the same spelling engine, ships with a Spell Utility program WT18sputl.exe. This does what you want.
There is a copy of the help file WTSPUT.chm in \Program Files\Corel\CorelDRAW Graphics Suite 2017\WritingTools and in the corresponding place in X7
but I can't find the utility itself.
I would contact Corel support and ask them for the utility....
I suspect it got left out somewhere....
