I am trying to create a geometric flower and I know there is a way in Corel to just copy/paste object and it will automatically rotate in the correct proportion. Not sure if I am describing this right - but if someone could remind me on how to do this that would be great.

You might try using clones for this.
If you make changes to the Master, all of the Clones in your "flower" will change, too.
