The Object Style toolbar doesn't include arrowheads for the Outline styles, it should.
It is the same under CD X7 and Designer X7. Didn't try X8 yet.
Initially I thought the new enhanced Object Style functionality doesn't include arrowheads. But it does, because the arrowheads are saved and applied when you create a new style from selected objects.
PS: Possibly related, the arrowheads are also missing from the StyleOutline VBA class.
Try the Object Properties Docker (Alt + Enter)
Click the small down pointing arrowhead to expand the outline attributes in the style docker. Is that what you are looking for?
