EPS Export Issue: Losing Pantone color. Imports as gray.

I prep files for printing in promotional products industry. Have been using DRAW for MANY years. Recently upgraded to X7.

When I export Pantone colors in a file, then import the file, the Pantone colors all are a CMYK gray.

Not sure if this is an import issue, or an export issue. Either way it's a huge issue. I can't send files to have them printed unless I know they're correct.

BTW -- If I export same images as an AI file, then import the AI file, it maintains the Pantone colors. But not when I export then import and EPS file. Have tried to adjust settings. Have tried different Pantone spot pallets.

What are you importing into? Back into CD or another application? Got a sample file that does this?

Back into DRAW X7. It's the only version I have installed after a recent Win10 crash. Yes, can provide sample files. Is there a way to attach to this thread?

So by importing back into CD one doesn't know whether it is the export or import that is going wonky.

Attachments are sorely limited in size. So if too large you can upload to dropbox.com or the like and provide a download link.

Below the reply box there is a link for Use rich formatting. On that screen there is an icon for uploading. Please Zip together the sample CD file and an eps export.
