How do i get CorelDraw to save a file showing a picture/ thumbnail image, instead of the orange box ??

When i first started using 7 i used to get an image of the fie i was working on like a thumbnail in the folder with a small CD icon in the corner to show it was a CD7 image, but now for some reason all i get is a full Orange box with the pencil and Hot Air Balloon on and nothing else, it make finding the correct file more time consuming, is there a fix for this??

    This problem has reoccurred again and again and again and again. Search the forums for thumbnail and or file association. Basically, you need to pick a cdr file in Windows Explorer and associated it with Draw. Some say this fails, but it always works for me.
