I am using CorelDraw x8 , windows 10 x64
I have an issue that when I try to import a file extension pdf or dwg. The measurement arrows look out of scale.

Select the grouped image once imported, Press the F12 key.
Now in the Outline Pen dialogue turn off the arrowheads (see below) click OK.
That might help.
