Hi, I'm wondering if someone can help me out, I'm sure it's a simple fix.Where as previously my corel files showed on my desktop as a small image of the graphic createrd now using windows 10 in conjunction with Corel 8 all I see on my desktop is the corel icon (green square and pencil) and their file name. How do I revert to the image created?

this is relative to the Windows Shell Extension. Try to relink CDR file with CorelDRAW, select a CDR file and choose "open with..." using the secondary mouse button, but don't choose CorelDRAW, instead it choose "other", and on the follow menu choose CorelDRAW X8 and mark "use this program as default"

I also have exactly the same problem, when I go to open a file it show the COREL icon and not the job it represents
