Hi....had original release of X3 and only realized there were two patch updates available. SP1 installed without any problem. Tried to install SP2 and I keep getting the message that the serial number is invalid.
I'm not really sure I even need the SP2, but I can't seem to find Bitstream Font Navigator in my CorelDraw X3 program, and thought installing all the updates might help that.

Hello Jane,
with Service Pack 2 for CorelDRAW Graphics Suite X3, we have intentionally block a group of serial number that was massively pirated. The best for you is to contact the Corel customer service with your proof of purchase and they will be able to provide you with another serial number. They will ask you where you purchased your copy of CorelDRAW Graphics Suite so that we can follow-up on this.

I am in a similar (frustrating) situation. I have a valid version and serial number for X3 which I just verified with Corel Tech Support. However when I try to install the Design Collection from Disk4, it is saying my serial number is invalid. The ONLY solution suggested by the tech on the phone was to do a complete uninstall/reinstall. That is not an acceptable solution especially considering all the customization I've made to the program and the install time required, etc. I asked if he could provide an alternate serial number since he just verified I had a valid, legal copy and he said no. I could easily provide proof of purchase but according to that individual they DO NOT have alternate serial numbers they can provide (as per your response above). If he is not accurate, can you please provide the correct number to call (or any other appropriate contact at Corel) so that I can simply use a product that I've paid for and now would like to use? Thank you very much in advance for any assistance you can provide.

The Design Collection installer on Disk 4 is using a different serial number (not the same as the one to install CorelDRAW) that you would have gotten when you registered your copy of CorelDRAW Graphics Suite X3.
Thanks again for the quick reply. When I registered the CorelDRAW software, would they send the new serial number in an email? Is there a way to find it through the Corel site? I just called and they gave me a phone number that transfers to a completely different phone number which leads to an answering machine and no hold que.
Not sure if you will still get it when you register CorelDRAW... worth a try. If not, let me know through direct message / email and I will see if I can do something (I cannot guarantee anything).
