I downloaded an image from my camera into CorelDraw X3. After cropping to 26 x 12 and saving as .cdr, it is 14.3mb big. I added a rectangular background w/2color pattern for matte looking purpose. When I export as .jpg file at resolution: 600dpi, RGB color24bit my file grows to a whopping 743mb file!
In desperate need of some good advice as far as how to compress and still get good quality 600 resolution and print with RGB colors.
Can anyone please advise me on how to reduce size of my file in order to plot on an HP Designjet 4500ps plotter. I'm running out of memory on my computer too.
Would appreciate your help!!!
Your Design jet may work as low as 125 dpi
