corel x3 problem

Hello! My name is Hasegan Stefan and I need help with the program Corel Draw X3  VERSION 13.0.0.739. I have inlaid a book which I divided into two files. After I saved the two files (I worked on external HDD) when I wanted to open a file I get a blank page even though the document properties shows me that has 225 Mb. The other file functions normaly

The operating system is  Windows 7 Proffesional X64.

There is a compatibility issue between Windows 7 Proffesional and Corel Draw X3?

How can I fix this problem?

    There's no compatibility problem with X7. Check if the external HDD is OK, sometimes is needed to perform an CheckDisk/Scandisk ir orden to fix clusters or wrong information. Also, you can try to open the file with a newest version
