Can anyone please help me. My printer is working but in Coral draw x3 I can no longer use the aquire image function because the options are no longer highlighted to select.
It is 64 with Windows 8. I am asking this question for someone else. It is there computer and I do not know all the specs. They were usually able to just open their coral draw and choose acquire image from their brother scanner/printer. They put a business card in the scanner and were always able to just use this feature in Coral Draw to scan it but now they can no longer select that option in the drop down menu because it's not highlighted.
