How to center object on webpage with X3?

I'm trying to create a web page with X3.

My simple experiment has a colored box with a couple of text objects in it.

I'm using the Corel Draw X3 Webpage template for 760x420 px

I have the objects center horizontally and first save them as a cdr file then publish as a web page...

But when I look at them with a browser they are not centered... they are on the left side of the screen.

Thanks for any help on how to make objects appear centered horizontally and otherwise position things where I want them.
