I have CorelDraw 12 and would like to know the fastest way to but a watermark on a few hundred cdr images before I convert the file into either jpeg of gif images for a web site.
Is there a macro for this in my version of CorelDraw or can I purchase one for this task.
Thanks Jimmy Hill
Are you using Draw or Photopaint?
I don't know if Version 12 has the Transparency tool. But you can create your watermark and use the transparency tool. Copy and paste them on all of your image before export.
You could do this by recording a Script in Photo-Paint. (Windows>Dockers>Recorder)
Before recording, first create a watermark in a new document with NO background. Save as a .cpt.
Now record the script something like this...Open your image, import the watermark.cpt, click to place it and then postion it where you like. Combine with background and save new image to different folder. Save the script.
Now use File>Batch Process and use your recorded script.

I don't know what I am thinking today...maybe need some sleep.
That's a good idea to use the batch processing

Hi Jimmy I think you are asking about doing it in Corel Draw. Arn't you?
There are many ways for doing it, Like placing each picture on separate draw page, and creating a master layer for your water mark. and when you've set your pages up, you can export them with this free macro.
And also see this post for further info, Oh! now I realize you are the originator of that post too.
