Hi friends,
i have been using corel draw x7. I recently installed coreldraw 9 (a very old version) on my other computer but there are few tools missing in it like it dont have pen tool, polygon tool and smart fill. i want to know how can i have these options in toolbar in coreldraw9.
Also please tell me why design made in corel draw x7 is very large in size as compared to coreldraw9.

You need a newer version.
As you can imagine, it's not possible to add those features to CorelDRAW 9.0. It was an excellent version, the best of all time from my personal point of view, but it was designed for Windows 95/98, on the Past Century, it was not developed for Windows XP / 2000 / Vista / 7 / 8 / 10, etc. So, it's almost impossible to add new tools and features to an old version. There're several reasons why the size of both versions are different: X8 (and previous) allows to embed color profiles on the document, X8 also include fonts on the document, etc. If you disable those options, the file size will be smaller
