I was getting help for this but I can not find my other thread.

I am in Coreldraw 11 and make a shape and colo it BLUE.

Then take my Interactive Transparnt Tool and set it to 50% and the Dropdown list I set to Leanere.

And the BLUE is see through but it changes the color.

How do I keep it BLUE but just get the see through afect?

I suppose you could fake it, to achieve your desired effect.

The right circle actually is not transparent and the letters are on top. See the attached CDR.

To expand on Jack's idea -- if you make a colour partly transparent, then in addition to seeing your other object behind it you will also see some of your document background colour behind it. If the background is white, then your blue will become paler. If the background is black, the blue will become darker.

Ways you could possibly change that :

put a solid object of the same blue colour behind your other objects (but this will only work if the object between the two blues is itself transparent)

for a 50% transparency, begin by doubling all the CMYK percentages of the blue -- but this will not work if the blue already contains more than 50% of any colour

experiment with the merge mode dropdown in the property bar. This gives many weird effects. Probably none of them will be exactly what you are looking for, but try colour burn which you might be able to use together with another blue object as background.

or together with an extra blue behind the two objects:
