Corel Draw 9 won't print in color

I have Corel Draw 9 and have moved it to new PCs several times as they get replaced.  The latest is a Windows 8.1 PC.  The program works fine, except when I print a color image, it will not print in color.  It always prints in grayscale.  I can save it as a pdf and the color prints fine.  Some kind of printer profile in CD9 or something??

    Is there a "preferences" button in the version 9 print screen? Something that gets you into the printer settings? Its likely that you will find an option there that will let you change the colour mode.

    If you don't have that, then you should be able to change the default colour mode for the printer. Right click on the printer icon in devices and printers and go to printing preferences.
