I don't know geometric graphic thus what do I need to learn fast arabesque??
here is some examples of images:
Maybe someone else has an easier suggestion, but this looks like "brute force," to me.
By that I mean it could be done via many techniques, and might take all of them. The b-spline and bezier tools can get you far. Duplicating, aligning, rotating, blending and others would be useful. Bottom line I think if you wan't to crank these out with speed, it is going to take a pretty in depth skill set, or at least get into intermediate range. This might negate your need for fast.
Maybe these vids will give you some ideas.

Transformations Rotate
Here is a quick transform rotation I did:

I don't understand what you mean by "geometrical way." There are many curves and polygon shapes in some of those designs that can be created with a number of techniques. Using Transformations with rotation, it is possible to duplicate an object.
This is the reason I said there are many techniques likely involved, not one magic bullet.
Take this for example, something I did in about 60 seconds that could be used to make some of the parts in the examples you have.
Perhaps this can give you some insight on one way to do it....
Attached file to disect is here......Arabesque.cdr
these all is good tips. but I am getting something else meaning to designing like arabesque graphic or guilloche design or (in short word) geometric seamless pattern or abstract I need short helpful answer (any complete book or idea about geometrical graphic learning on corel draw) some examples you can see :
