Can you use Corel Draw 10 to digitize machine embroidery designs?
Perhaps you're refering to Deco Studio?
It's a digitizing package developed in a joint effort between Corel and Wilcom.
While you can certainly design an emboidery project from within Corel 10, you will need actual (embroidery) digitizing software, like Deco to have the ability to convert those designs into stitches for your embroidery machine.
