This is to anyone that can guide me in the right direction "hopefully" Including any help CorelDraw can give me.
I purchased Ulead Photo Impact 11 years ago. My computer crashed and I had to get a new one. I have installed Ulead Photo Impact on my new pcs, but I am not able to do any updates to it. These updates have to be done for me to be able to use the functions I have been using since I purchased the program... Can anyone please tell me what I need to do to be able to connect to the server and update, or if there are any patches I need to install to fix this situation. For example I am trying to use the image presets and I am being told that I have to down load them from the server, but when I do that I get an error message saying that the connection does not exist.
I am thinking it is because Ulead was bought out by CorelDraw.... any help you can give me will be highly appreciated.
