Bug found - file progress fails at UNION command - Can someone please verify if this can be recreated on CorelCAD 2015.

Hi All,

Just a bug file here - It's been a while since I found something like this - 

A red piece and a white piece - Select union, then both of them.

Expected result - Parts union, erasing existing holes at the top of the flange. 

Experienced result - Operation fails with the following error.

Error details:

The Boolean operation on solids failed.
Modeling Operation Error:
Inconsistent edge-face relationships.
At least 2 solids or coplanar regions must be selected.

File attached for example - Both pieces are qualifying solids - The first was the piece I was working on, the second ( in red ) is the part I made to correct it for a new version - It was created be subtracting one cylinder from another. Both pieces are aligned and on the same plane. 

Note: Workaround is to build a very large piece and replace the entire top of the flange, then rebuild it from scratch, but that's not exactly a good workaround.
