CorelCad was working fine until MS forced an update. I have reloaded Cad and no luck. I reverted my PC back before updates and reloaded Cad and it works. What can I do to get Cad to work and still allow my PC to get the standard updates? I am running 8.1 OS
Thanks

Can you point out which Windows Update has caused the problems? This might be of help for the Technical Support team to answer your question.
Best regards,Klaus.
Unfortunately I dont know which one of the updates caused the error. As soon as Cad is opened, a window pops up and says CorelCAD has stopped working. It offers a debug but when this is selected, another window opens and says "No registered JIT debugger was specified".
Assuming your computer is still in its "working" condition after the system restore, the normal way to resolve this is to disable automatic updates and do a manual windows update, accepting only a few updates at a time, and to retest immediately affter. This will tie it down to 2 or 3 updates which you can then remove and apply individually until you know which one is the cause.
Yea, my Admin has the auto updates locked on.
Just to add some information, I'm currently running a fully patched and updated 8.1 ( update/update ) and am not having any difficulties with CorelCAD 2014.
Can you also add information on which CorelCAD version you are using?
