Here is the file as I downloaded it - not modified by me. The idea is to be able to break multiple items at once, and keep them in place. I use it to break series of parallel plines that were autotraced so I can modify the widths in certain areas.
Forgive me if I'm doing anything out of protocol - I'm new to this.

Nothing in that immediately jumps out at me as something that CorelCAD shouldn't handle - the biggest issue I find is that sometimes scripts call functions the same way that we call them, which isn't quite exactly the same with autocad and CorelCAD. I'd say it's worth contacting Corel Support for this one and asking them - If you log a helpdesk feature as a bug with the lisp processor not handling the file correctly, they should be able to investigate.
