TextRange.VertShift property

Gets/sets the amount by which the text has been shifted vertically

Syntax:

Property Get VertShift() As Long
Property Let VertShift(ByVal Value As Long)

Remarks:

The VertShift property returns or specifies the amount by which the text in a text range is shifted vertically.

Examples:

The following VBA example shifts the paragraph vertically.

Sub Test()
  Dim d As Document
  Dim s As Shape
  Dim t As Text
  Set d = CreateDocument
  Set s = d.ActiveLayer.CreateParagraphText(3, 3, 5, 5, "This is an example.")
  Set t = s.Text
  t.Story.VertShift = 3
End Sub
