Defines the characteristics of a range of Layer objects

Remarks:
The LayerRange class defines the characteristics of a range of Layer objects.
Properties:

_NewEnum Returns an enumerator that iterates through a collection
Application Returns the application to which the object belongs
Count Returns the number of layers in the layer range
Item Returns a reference to the specified LayerRange, in base 1
Parent Returns the parent document object
PositionX Returns or sets the horizontal position of the center of the layer range
PositionY Returns or sets the vertical position of the center of the layer range
SizeHeight Returns the height of the layer range
SizeWidth Returns the width of the layer range
