I have equipment that requires the "Printer can match document page sizes" value.
Has been available in Options>Global>Printer>Driver Compatibility for several versions but not in CorelDRAW2019.

Would anyone have an idea what would cause CorelDRAW2019 to unload itself from memory(no error messages) when clicking
Options>Global>Printer>Driver Compatibility
So, you find the option but it doesn`t work as expected. Can you still find the corel process in Task Manager? If yes, (improbable) this mean that only the visibility has been lost.
I think it cannot be something else than a bug. And I would suggest to address a complain to Corel support center...
We have 5 installations of CorelDRAW2019 and only one exhibits this crash. So, that's why I'm supposing a conflict with other versions(?), graphics driver(?)...
The other installations open the "Options>Global>Printer>Driver Compatibility" but do not find "Printer can match document page sizes"
No trace of the program left in Task Manager.
I did not understand there are other similar installations able to work... I do not have a Corel 2019 installation.
In this case I would firstly recommend to try Corel Repair.
Control Panel -:Programs and Features, right click on Corel installation and choose Uninstall/Change. In Corel previous versions there were two options appearing in the next window, respectively, `Modify` and `Repair`. Only if this version still offer such an interface...
I would firstly try `Repair` and in case of no result, look in the `Modify` options, maybe it is something looking to be connected to your problem...
Shell I understand that you succeeded to install Corel 2019 32bit version?
