Did anyone know or implemented some tools to support version control [aka Git Svn etc] for GMS files?
I found such tools for excel xlsm/xlam, but nothing for CorelDRAW.
One solution would be to have macro using VBE to import/export individual modules as files, but I wonder if someone developed something better, able to do such without having to launch Corel and use Macros that could interfere with the export/import features.
We have moved away from VBA and to C# and Git support was one of our reasons. Some of the other major ones being the VBA IDE is lacking and the number of VBA coders is small.
For commercial solutions, agreed, this makes perfect sense.
However, for in-house use, I initially built a C# docker, but customizing it all the time due to customer specific projects is a pain in the neck.
Will see if I can find the time to write something like the solutions that exists for excel. Having the GMS format will help.Corel team, any information on this?
