Hi,
i would like to create curve at text baseline, but cannot find how to do it... can anybody help please?
Look at the TextRange.Baselines property.
That returns a Curve consisting of all of the baselines for the TextRange.
I have one macro where I use this:
Shape.Text.Story.Paragraphs.Last.Baselines.GetBoundingBox dblTextBL_X, dblTextBL_Y, dblTextBL_Width, dblTextBL_Height
and then use the values returned by GetBoundingBox to find the coordinates of the "bottom" text baseline.
Hi Eskimo, in late night i found out too, but thaks much for reply - this one of yours works also great.

Would you be willing to share the way that you found to do it? It might be useful to me to know.
As i am newbie, i found out the great window - locals - and there i searched my text string and there were baseline and its properties - it helped me found out how to type correctly syntax
for me was enough to get Y coordinate, so
stext = text.Selection.Baselines.BoundingBox.CenterY
Thank you for sharing that.
I can make my code simpler by just using Baselines.BoundingBox.
