With Service Pack 1 for CorelDRAW Technical Suite X6 we have published the 1st update of our technical communication software.

Besides performance and stability enhancements to the main applications Corel DESIGNER X6, CorelDRAW X6 and Corel PHOTO-PAINT X6 the Service Pack 1 includes an updated release of XVL Studio 3D Corel Edition with a number of great enhancements.

One of the key enhancements in XVL Studio 3D Corel Edition is an advanced "outline" setting when exporting illustrations to Corel DESIGNER X6. You will now be able to create vector fills with one click in Corel DESIGNER X6 respresenting the parts in the 3D view exported from XVL Studio 3D Corel Edition.

Users of the advanced XVL Studio 3D CAD Corel Edition will benefit from updated and enhanced 3D CAD file format support (incl. CATIA V6 R22, SolidWorks 2013, PTC Creo 2.0, NX 8.5 and other new file format versions) and enhanced 64-bit application performance.

An up-to-date list of supported 3D file formats & versions in XVL Studio 3D Corel Edition (included with CorelDRAW Technical Suite X6 and CorelDRAW Technical Pack) and XVL Studio 3D CAD Corel Edition (separate Add-On license) can be found in the "Compare versions" document on the 3D CAD Add-On information page.
