I have fonts that are active in CorelDraw that I want to uninstall. By this, I mean that I can set text with the fonts in Draw without issue.
In Font Manager, the fonts display as "not installed".
The fonts in question do not display in the font selection menu in Microsoft Word. Nor do they appear in the Windows Font folder. There is nothing to uninstall (that I can find) at the OS level.
I have tried "installing/uninstalling" the fonts using the Font Manger. They install and uninstall as expected, but they are still "active" in Draw.
Below is a live side-by-side screen shot of Font Manager on the Left and Draw on the right; uninstalled fonts on the left and available/active on the right.
How do I uninstall these?
CorelDRAW 2018 (and previous) includes the feature to use fonts even if they are not installed. It's a very useful feature because you don't need to install fonts for use it, but the list will be larger. On the list of fonts you'll see several options, included "Installed" "Not installed" ans "system fonts". You can use just "Installed" and "system" if you want.
Thank you for pointing that out to me. I did not know that the font list in Corel was a mini-app of the Font manager. I see where I can select any or all of the folders that I've created in the Font Manager. Excellent!
