Startup Error

Hello,

since a few days I get an error when I start Corel Photo Paint:

Unfortunately it is not possible to change the location like here:

http://product.corel.com/help/CorelDRAW/540227992/Main/DE/Documentation/wwhelp/wwhimpl/common/html/wwhelp.htm#href=connect.10.11.html&single=true

Under Options > Global there is no setting for changing the location. F8 didn't help.

So: What can I do?
