It happened a few times already, something odd is going on with the keyboard.
It probably happens when I use some shortcut, that may be causing the issue but I'm not 100% sure yet.
Basically, all of a sudden, the keys I'm pressing don't work as expected, as if most of them are locked or even re-mapped.
In fact, when I want to save the file, even typing the filename in the window dialog doesn't work. If I want to type, lets' say, "File_01", I probably get only "Fi" and then what I press next is maybe selecting the whole text, or triggering some Windows 10 commands (once it opened the command prompt, another time Explorer).
Or, if I type 2 I get @ as if I was keeping the SHIFT key pressed.
It's very bizarre and I couldn't figure it out yet.
I hope I'm not the first and someone has an answer to the issue.
The only way to fix it seems to close and re-open Coreldraw.

The AltGr key produce exactly this, but it could be another key that doesn't work as expected. Check the keyboard before to check if it could be a conflict with other software
Thanks, Ariel,
I'll check ALTGr, as the keyboard works fine with Windows and the other software.
I replied too quickly, I realized I don't have an ALTgr key
It could be some conflict with Snipaste, Volume2 or Listary.
First of all I would try with another keyboard, to make sure it isn't a physical keyboard defect. Then I would try to start without any extra apps, like the ones you mention, to see if there could be a conflict.
