New here and to CorelDraw so I hope this hasn't been covered and Hello to all.
Is there a way to set the ruler/s so that zero snaps and stays at the page center in CD? There are times when this would come in handy for me.
Also...How does one post their avatar?

You can drag the origin of the rulers, and they can obey Snaps when being dragged. So, with Snap to Page enabled, drag them to the center of the page:
