Toolbar/docker difference Designer2018

I now trying to use the latest CorelDesigner instead of the classic Cdraw. I'm used to seeing info on the edited objects at the top (Property toolbar) instead of the docker on the right, see sshot. Is it possible to set the dimension info here? btw are there other similar "surprises"?
Apologies for OT, I see a small frequency in the CdrTechnical suite directory, so I'm trying here.
