You can use something like Greenshot to quickly capture a region of the screen and save the file to a specified folder (I use the Desktop), with the name generated automatically.
The Snipping Tool of Windows is good enough for this
FWIW, FindMyFont doesn't require any export.Simply switch from any program where the font sample is visible and then click a button in FyndMyFont to bring a screenshot into the app, select a few characters and do a search from an online database and/or your local disks.Fast, easy and as I said, most of the times very accurate.
