Why has this happened??? Every file new or old - I cant add an arrow head both ends of the line - is there a solution?
This just suddenly happened for no appant reason. I have restarted computer but that did not work.

If you click on the "plus sign" on the end of the Property Bar, it should bring up the Quick Customize options:

I can't tell from your screenshot. Is there still empty space available to the right of the Property Bar? If there isn't enough room to show it all, CorelDRAW will display sort of a right-pointing double arrow.
OMG! You are right, I just had to stretch the bar out.

Hey, it's all good! It's nice when something turns out to be an easy fix.
It's really easy to not see something such as that, and a different set of eyes can make all the difference.
