Why is the preview, when I want to open a file in CD 2018/Windows 10, so blurry?
Try choosing another mode, in the VIEW drop down menu. The best view is ENHANCED...
Stephan, thank you for replying.
I'm sorry my question was unclear. When I want to open a new file in CDR 2018, File/Open. In the preview pane, is a preview of the graphic file that I selected. It's blurry and doesn't help me too much to find the file that I'm looking for. Is there a method to make it a better quality preview?
Can you post a screenshot? The thumbnails were updated many versions ago and are now, in my opinion, usually quite useful.
I believe the enhanced thumbnails came with version X4, older files had blurry and less detailed images.
Yes, older files don't display properly. I saved a CDR 8 file to CDR 2018 (after I removed the text). The old CDR 8 file had a blurry thumbnail, but the same file as a CDR 2018 displayed well.
So, was it older files that you experienced as being blurry, while new files looked fine?Just trying to figure out if we can consider the problem to be solved?

Yes.

The problem isn't really solved, but this is the best we can do. Thank you for looking into this.
