Removing double lines when preparing for laser cutting

Hi everyone!

I prepare some file for cutting, it has a lot of objects and I wand to automatically remove overlapping segments of lines to minimise laser cutting cost and time. I found that in the old versions it was possible to do it by VSD, but do we have such an option now, when VSD removes all the lines in the point (not just one)? Maybe some script/macros?
