Coreldraw 2018 Crashes "BoundaryTool.dll"

User reports Coreldraw crashes randomly. Every crash, however is the same error pasted below.

List of things already attempted:
Upgraded Video drivers
defrag hard drive
repair install of Coreldraw
reset to default work-space
updated remainder of system drivers and BIOS
