CorelDRAW H&S 2018 crashes related to CRLCRL.DLL since Windows 10 v2004 update

Hi.

I believe it has been since I updated Windows 10 v2004 from v1909, CorelDraw [and CorelPaint but I don't use it] in Home & Student Suite 2018 crashes with the following in the event logs:

I tried a reboot, repair, del temp folders and anything else I can think of.

So I uninstalled [killing off user files] and installed again and the same issue is occurring.

H&S doesn't get updated much - if anything.... [Neglected...]
