Is there a way to prevent Coreldraw from creating "Corel" folder in My Documents every time the application is started?

I have changed the default file locations to a "Corel" folder I created on my C drive in the Global Setting but every time CorelDraw is opened it creates a "Corel" folder in "My Documents."  I do not need this folder and it clutters up My Documents.

Is there a way to stop Coreldraw from creating this folder in My Documents?
