I have a customer that want this line art in white on a red shirt. so I just need to remove the background which I was able to do but how do I change the line art to white? I i guess I cant even put an image on here.
easiest way to put an image here is by using the built in microsoft snipping tool. HIt the windows key and type snipping tool and you should see it pop up in the list. I recommend adding that tool to your quick launch toolbar. Marquee the area of your workspace that you wish to capture then just copy and paste here
this is the way I'd do it. Assuming you don't have vector art.
Click Edit Bitmap/ in Photopaint click on the little icon to the right in the layer to "create an object from the background".
hit the "w" key for wand tool, click on any white, click on the icon to select similar, hit delete. Now magic wand the black, select similar. Double-click the bottom square of the tools (fill), change to white and hit ok, hit the letter g and click on the black. All should turn white. Save and close.
I am such a nubby. I cant find the icon to select similar. however even when I remove the background with the wand tool it wont let me change the drawing (black line art) to white.
Thank you for your help BTW. I really appreciate it.
