Every time I go to open my Corel program the Corel logo appears and a box comes up asking me to sign in. So I enter my email and password which all it asks for and a response comes back "this serial number is already used" ? Of course it is because it's my serial number. Anyone know what's up with this? I have tried contacting Tech Support but that was 5 days ago with no response.
Having the same problem since 3 days. Do you have a solution? Corel Support can't or don't want to help. Support says, that the I'm using a false mail address but I didn't register another address. I get no answer from support anymore.
Can anybody help?
I finally resolved my problem. It turned to be a problem with my email address also. When I registered my program back in 2018 I accidently typed my email address in wrong. The tech support gave me that false address and it allowed me to open my Corel. Then I went in and changed it to the correct one.
