This morning after many years of use, Corel Draw 2018 asked me to log in to my account.
After filling in my credentials which it has been using since 2018 it rejected my log in attempt, so i reset my pass word still won't let me log in.
Does anybody what the problem might be?
I experienced the same thing today, Chris. After the failed login, it still allowed me to "Skip" and launch CorelDRAW.
If we're both seeing that, then I would guess the problem might be on Corel's end.
Thanks John, That's what I thought, yes I was able to skip to the program.
I just sit and wait.
Hi All,
Same thing here in Australia, but the funny thing is the Corel Online portal is working and recognizes the username and password.
Try the same in the program and no recognition what-so-ever. This is why subscriptions are not ideal, something called "reliability"
There was a server error preventing users from successfully signing in. As stated in replies in this thread the software still worked normally, when proceeding without sign-in at that point.
The issue has been resolved yesterday evening (EDT), everything is working normally now. We, the team at Alludo, apologize for any inconvenience resulting from that error!
