"your corel account has missing information please contact corel customer service to resolve this issue". I get this every time I Install, even from a fresh install of windows 10. I have contacted customer service and they have no real answer. I got it to kick over all the way on one of the 5 authorized installs, but thats it. I also have no issues installing the 2017 version. So my question is, does anyone know how to actually solve this?
You should have an account at corel.com, right? usually it's your e-mail and a personal password. Check if you can log in into your account at corel.com first.
