Drop shadow problem--I used the DS to create a glow effect. On white text, set to add and colored blue. I used a page background of black-k100. It shows up the color fine over a background. But I need a transparent background. In the white space outside of the page, or after exporting as png, it doesn't show color. The glow effect is white unless over a background. The text is three layers of text with different size and hues of glow. How do I get the colored glow with transparent background?I've tried several different save methods. I thought the page background color was just to work with and when I saved our exported that it would not show up. I just needed a color workspace to see white text. I'm frustrated with this. Any help?
check your drop down on the DS toolbar. Change to Normal instead of Multiply
