Let Object fade with a Borderline

Hey Guys,

I am pretty new to CorelDraw but I have to update some Graphics for my work. I want to ask how I can create this fading effect that takes place in the top rectangles. I created to lower rectangle and it should fade the same as the top one, but I dont know how.
