New computer Corel says there is no Corel 2018 to download

I recently purchased a new laptop and wanted to transfer Corel Essentials X8 to my new laptop.  When I contacted Corel, they first sent me the file which was in German.  I said okay, I can change it later...but my license wouldnt work.  I contacted them again and got a message saying that older versions of Corel are not supported and encouraged me to purchase the newest version.  Is there anywhere I can get the Corel Essentials X8 to download so I can keep using it?  I would hate to have to purchase the new version when mine is quite adequate.
