I purchased the Volumes 1 and 2 clip art bundles. I clicked on Launch > Get More > My Library and installed one of the bundle packages I purchase and I have no idea where they installed or how to access them.
Try like thatc:\Program Files\Corel\CorelDRAW Graphics Suite X8\...orc:\Users\...\AppData\Roaming\Corel\...c:\Users\...\AppData\Roaming\Corel\CorelDRAW Graphics Suite X8\Draw\
Ok, the instructions say I should be able to find a folder on my Desktop (Windows) but I don't see anything. I'm just wondering if this is really installing.
Hi Tara, I really appreciate the help but I think there is an install issue, these files simply are not in those locations. The AppData path is logical since applications use this hidden location just for that reason so people don't mess with their configurations, but as I said, there is nothing there. During install, there is no install location provided or allowed to be chosen as usual installs go; so all of that to tell you I think your instructions are valid, but there is another issue... I think. I opened a ticket to support, so we will see.
Oh, I did do a search and never found anything based upon the date. I reinstalled first thing in the morning and nothing Corel showed up.
Should be in a subfolder of C:\Users\ <your username> \Documents\Corel\Corel Content.Since you have installed more than once, it is possible that there are copies of all files in the folder. In that case, delete all and install again.
Hi Ronny, thanks for the reply. Sorry, nothing in that location. I think I'm ready to ask for my money back for Corel Draw. Aside from yours and Tara's help, I've received nothing from Corel, not even with an open ticket.
Strange.Since the setup screen says you will find a folder on your Desktop, that's probably where it should be.Is it possible that you have more than one user account or something?
Have you checked in Tools\options\global\file locations?
This will show you where CGS is storing things by default.....
I FOUND THEM and THE PROBLEM! But STILL, when I open the folders they are just icon images of the clip art, I don't know how that works? I don't see 14,000 pieces of clip art.
Windows has two Desktops: 1) Public Desktop that is visible to everyone account on the computer, 2) Private Desktop specific to your account. When you login to your computer, you see a blended version of the Public and Private. Well, my private stuff wasn't showing up, only the public and the Bundles were were loaded on my private Desktop but not showing up... because of One Drive can cause this issue but I didn't research why or how, but turning off Syncing will help solve the problem:

See the comment/reply from Martin Wiengartner in the above Microsoft Community post.
How to find the two different Desktops using File Explorer:
Public Desktop: C:\users\Public\Desktop (things on the computer users share)
Private Desktop: C:\users\<your account>\Desktop (Computer account user specific)
