I'm so frustrated with this version of Corel for Mac and the amount of crashes and freezes I'm experiencing. I've been a Corel user for years on windows and have never had this many problems. Corel customer service isn't able to offer many fixes. I am currently not able to import ANY document that is not a .cdr file (pdf, eps, png, jpg). I have to resort to either switching to my old computer, saving the file as a .cdr and transferring to my new computer, or copy and pasting a screen shot of the image.
I'm also having a lot of trouble exporting .pdfs. Often when I open an old version of a .cdr, there are problems with the images causing the program to crash when I export to a .pdf. I have to again screen shot each page and paste in the image.
I have tried clearing my preferences and reinstalling my program already and the corel customer service people have no other suggestions. Any advice?? I'm struggling through work at the moment and getting desperate! Thank you!
